Using with EQ

Using with EQ

All Quilting Designs patterns can be used in EQ6, EQ7 or EQ8. This lets you use EQ's design tools on the patterns to:

• color them with thread
• set them into quilt layouts
• edit and combine parts to make new designs

 

The Quiltmaker Library Links Automatically to your Block Library

If you have EQ6, EQ7 or EQ8 installed, open the project you want to work on. Click LIBRARIES > Block Library and scroll down in the list to see your Quiltmaker volume. Click Add to Sketchbook for any designs you want to edit or try out on your quilt.

Can I use Quilting Designs on my Mac?

To copy the Quilting Designs blocks, in order to access them from EQ for Mac, you must first have that copy of Quilting Designs installed on a Windows computer. (All Quilting Designs series programs are Windows programs. There is not a way to access the blocks directly from the CD.) Read more.
