Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be fully satisfied with your new EQ products. Please read below regarding what qualifies for returns/refunds.
Our goal is for you to enjoy and be able to use the software, so we are happy to work with you. However, once you have downloaded the software, you forgo the right to a refund. If you are unable to install your purchase, or prior to downloading, are not completely satisfied with the software, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of purchase to determine how we may help. We also have many resources available to assist you in your design journey.
If your purchase came in a box and must be “claimed,” please read below about Purchases from Other Retailers.
Returns on Unopened Shipped Products
The Electric Quilt Company can only grant refunds for products originally purchased from ElectricQuilt.com. Any EQ products purchased from an EQ reseller must be returned to the seller.
If your product was purchased directly from EQ, all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
For defective or damaged products, please contact our Customer Service team.
To return a product, place the product securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned products. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds on Returned Shipped Products
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your product to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If your Electric Quilt products were purchased from another retailer (any store or website other than ElectricQuilt.com), you will need to contact the seller. We are unable to refund any part of a purchase made from another retailer because we did not receive any monies, and therefore, have nothing to refund.
If you already claimed and downloaded software, you will be unable to return it to the retailer.
EQ Presentational Video
If you are unable to watch the EQ Presentational Video, please contact us about a refund.
EQ Virtual Q&A
If a mutually convenient time cannot be found, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel over 30 days prior to the Virtual Q&A, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel within 8-30 days of the Virtual Q&A, a 75% refund will be issued.
If you cancel with fewer than 7 days prior to the Virtual Q&A, a 50% refund will be issued.
If we are unable to contact you within a week of the Virtual Q&A or the EQ Presentational Video has not been reserved, we reserve the right to cancel, at which time a 50% refund will be issued.
In cases of force majeure within 24-hours of the scheduled Virtual Q&A, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
