If you have already received tracking information for your order, then your shipment is in the hands of USPS. We have no other information about your order other than the same tracking information that you have received. USPS is having delays at this time. Shipping Rates and Methods

US orders

Orders in the contiguous United States ship at a flat rate of $8.99.

Add $25.00 for UPS 2nd Day Air (Contiguous USA Only). Order must be received by 12pm, ET.
UPS Next Day (Contiguous USA Only) is only available when placing an order over the phone between 9am-12pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday (1-800-356-4219).

We currently use two different carriers UPS (United Parcel Service), and USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping options. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and Military Addresses are sent Priority Mail.

Canada and other International orders

All Canada and other international orders are shipped via USPS – International Airmail.

When Your Order Will Be Shipped

We typically process orders within two Business Days. If you require Next Day shipping and it is between 9am-12pm Eastern, Monday-Friday, we can still send your order that day only if you call 1-800-356-4219. Orders sent via Next Day Air on Fridays, will be delivered on the following Monday. There are no Saturday deliveries.
