On March 22, 2020, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine issued a stay-at-home order for all non-essential businesses. As a result, the EQ staff will be working from home beginning March 24 through June 1. While we will be limited in a few aspects of our daily routine, your customer experience should not be affected! We are all set up to work from home and are happy to continue to offer the same customer support that we always have. Please read below regarding the temporary changes to our customer support and products.
Since our staff will be working from home, we are unable to offer phone support at this time. We are well equipped to answer emails and live chat messages during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm EDT.
