After viewing, if you have questions about anything you heard or saw, or something that wasn’t covered, you may submit 1 form for all those who watched, and you will receive answers within 2 weeks.

Plus, you may reserve a Virtual Q&A with EQ staff!

How to Watch

You will be able to watch this video as a group, in smaller groups, or individually, and wherever convenient to view.

After reserving the video, you will be provided a link to watch it.

We recommend testing the video to make sure it plays, especially if more than 1 person is watching at the same time.

An internet connection is required to watch the video, as the presentation streams from a hosting page on the internet.

FAQs

Do we have to watch the video as a group?

No. You certainly can watch together, but you can also watch in smaller groups or individuals, especially if some aren’t available, or you want everyone to have watched it prior to a meeting so you can discuss.

Do we have to watch the video at the same time?

No. The video will be available for your guild to watch for 4 weeks after purchase. The video can be watched an unlimited amount of times during this 4 week period.

When should this video be reserved if we also want to reserve a Virtual Q&A?

The video is available for 4 weeks after it’s reserved. The video must be reserved at least one week prior to the Virtual Q&A.

What if we have questions after we watch the video?

You can fill out the form found in the link in your video-reservation receipt. This form will allow your group to submit 1 form for your entire group with all of the questions you have. We will respond within 2 weeks. However, we do have lots of general and product-specific help on our Support site that might answer those questions, but will be happy to direct you there, if you can’t find them.

Can a promotional code be used to order the EQ Presentational Video?

No. Promotional codes cannot be used or applied when purchasing the EQ Presentational Video.

What happens if we cannot watch the video?

Virtual Q&A
