After watching the EQ Presentational Video, talk virtually to EQ staff. 1 or 2 EQ staff members will be available to talk about EQ and answer questions for 45 minutes.
EQ Staff Availability:
Monday - Thursday: 9am – 9pm Eastern Time
Fridays: 9am - 4pm Eastern Time
Other times, including weekends may be available. Please provide three dates and times for potential availability, and we will contact you to finalize.

What’s Included
At a mutually-agreed upon time, EQ Staff will connect virtually with you for 45 minutes to answer questions about the company and our products. We will be able to share a computer screen, if a further demo is requested.
Prior to the Virtual Q&A, you will be contacted to confirm the date and time. In addition, you will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance so we may better prepare and ensure we have the answers. One week prior to the Q&A, we will verify that the EQ Presentational Video has been reserved.
If a question is asked during the Virtual Q&A that EQ staff cannot answer, you will receive an email within 2 business days with an answer.

The Virtual Q&A will be conducted via Teams, or another service that both parties can access, to be determined during reservation correspondence. EQ Staff will connect 10 minutes prior to the meeting and begin no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Do we have to purchase and watch the EQ presentational video?
Yes, the EQ Presentational Video must be reserved at least one week prior to the Virtual Q&A. While we’ll be happy to review what is in the presentational video, our hope is to add more specific detail during the Q&A that is not covered in the video.
Does the group need to be together for the EQ Virtual Q&A?
No. As long as members have internet access, they can join in the live video from wherever is convenient for them. However, it would be best if there is one representative asking questions for the group, instead of members in different locations asking questions or commenting at the same time.
What if I purchase a Virtual Q&A but a mutually-convenient time cannot be found?
A full refund will be issued.
What if we reserve a mutually-convenient time, but have to cancel?
Please refer to our Return Policy page.What if we have questions that we didn’t submit before the Virtual Q&A?
EQ staff will answer as best as possible during the Virtual Q&A. If a question cannot be answered, you will receive an email with the answer within 48 business hours.
Can a promotional code be used to order the Virtual Q&A?
No. Promotional codes cannot be used or applied when purchasing the Virtual Q&A.
