Angie Padilla
Angie Padilla was born in the USA and raised in Quito, Ecuador. A professional translator and conference interpreter, Angie took up quilting as a hobby in 1995.
Upon her discovery of Electric Quilt software, sewing and designing quilts became a passion, and by 2003 she had decided to take it up professionally. Her parallel love of computers and Internet technology naturally led to the creation of several websites which showcase her applique patterns.
Angie also created the My Dream House add-on, wrote the EQ with Me: Applique Drawing book, won the EQ Anniversary contest, and placed second in the Single Maker category for the Do You EQ? Contest.
